After the Spring Festival, all the employees of our production department quickly threw themselves into the intense production arrangement.
Every year before the Spring Festival holiday, our company will make comprehensive preparations for the resumption of work after the holiday. For example, arrange the production plan after the festival, prepare and order all the raw materials required for the post-holiday production, and check whether all the machinery is working well. These will make sure all things could goes on well as planned when we back from the holiday.
After the resumption of work, we first held a staff meeting, sorted out the work arrangements and plans of all departments in February, and took stock of raw materials and inventories again. Colleagues from the sales department also contacted the customers and forwarders in a timely manner, and arranged the shipping schedule and shipping time in advance. Everything went according to plan smoothly, although we experienced a few days of bad rain and snow in the middle, but it did not have much impact on our production plan.
As we expected, the first batch of face mask orders have been completed on time and in quantity. We live up to our customers' expectations and keep our promise.
The first batch of disposable face masks has been produced, and our quality inspection department has also completed the last inspection before delivery, and the products can be qualified.( Our quality inspection department generally arranges at least three inspections during the entire production process. Usually, the inspection occurs when the raw materials are received, half of the production progress and after the completion of mass production.) Our warehouse also arranged a general cleaning as soon as possible after the resumption of work, so that the completed goods can be waiting for loading and shipment in a clean and tidy warehouse.
